Here is Zeke's story:

Meet Zeke, a 4-year-old fawn Doberman Pinscher. Zeke is a silly, loving, gentle boy who gets along well with other dogs, and does not have a mean bone in his body. He is 100 + lbs and neutered, and up-to-date on his vaccines. His tail is not docked, nor are his ears cropped. He currently lives with a 5 y.o. female Weimaraner mix and they love to wrestle and play. He enjoys going to the dog park and romping around with the other dogs! Zeke LOVES to be petted and scratched under the chin, and the moment you stop, his nose somehow finds its way into your hand as his way to tell you that he's not done being petted yet! He is curious and loyal, eager to be at your side at all times. He will sleep at your feet (or in your lap! if you let him) and accompany you wherever you go inside your house. He does not like to be left alone. Zeke does not have much experience around children, but I always have thought that he would do tremendously well with them, given his gentle and playful demeanor.

He is crate-trained, housebroken, does not jump and is not mouthy in the slightest. Zeke will do well in a home that has the time to give him all the love and cuddles he needs, as well as firm boundaries and lots of exercise, as he is very curious. He also needs a yard with a high fence, as he has learned how agile he is and can clear a 4-foot fence. He knows simple commands (sit, stay, lay down, turn around), and loves treats (peanut butter is a fave), and walks VERY well using the Gentle Leader leash. He loves to tear apart soft toys and any bedding in his crate, so the Kong has been a favorite long-lasting toy for us.

Zeke is a goofy, loyal companion and is dearly and fiercely loved by his current owner, but unfortunately she is moving and cannot give Zeke the time, attention and space that he needs and deserves.
